Fast Feedback

The Fast Feedback Dashboard is full of handy data visualizations which give you an at-a-glance understanding of your performance based on your feedback. You’ll have clear visibility on what you’re doing well and where you need to improve.

Fast Feedback is available for two different applications: Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee. Depending on your organization’s Rant & Rave subscription and your own user role, you’ll be able to see Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Employee, or both:

  • Voice of the customer shows you feedback from your organization’s customers.

  • Voice of the employee shows you feedback from your organization’s employees.

Note: Across the help center we use pictures from the Voice of the customer application.

How does Rant & Rave process feedback?

When we set up your projects, we'll also configure your sentiment engine. The sentiment engine analyzes feedback from your customers by identifying topics relevant to your organization and measuring your customers' attitude towards them.

Once a piece of feedback has been processed by the sentiment engine, the information from it (for example, its sentiment score and the customer's attitude towards specific metrics) will be included in the Fast Feedback Dashboard.

Add-on modules

There are also three extra add-on modules:

  • The Recover module highlights items of feedback that require action so you can resolve them. It also lets you respond directly to customers through the same channel they used to contact you.

  • The Discover module is a reporting tool that gives you the ability to create bespoke reports which are created based around your business needs.

  • The Frontline Engagement module presents your customer’s feedback in an engaging way, so your frontline teams can see how they’re doing in real-time.

Note: Frontline Engagement is only available for Voice of the Customer, not Voice of the Employee.
