Analytics Reference Pipeline Dashboard
The Reference Pipeline dashboard displays customer and contact level views of the reference pipeline, organized by reference status. It provides information on the most valuable reference customers and their level of participation.

Customers by Reference Program Status
The Customers by Reference Program Status pie chart shows a count of current customers broken down by status.
Contacts by Contact Reference Status
The Contacts by Contact Reference Status pie chart shows a count of current contacts broken down by status.
Most Valuable Reference Customers by Participation
The Most Valuable Reference Customers by Participation chart shows the current reference participation count by customer for the top 10 customers. Reference participation refers to the number of activities in which a request was considered "Completed," but not "Confirmed."
Most Valuable Reference Customers by Revenue Impact
The Most Valuable Reference Customers by Revenue Impact chart shows the current total deal size closed by reference customer for the top 10 reference customers. Accounts for all deals closed after a reference participation event was considered "Completed," but not "Confirmed."
Reference Participation History
The Reference Participation History chart shows a monthly breakdown of activities considered "Completed," but not "Confirmed" in the last 12 months (including the current month).
Requests by Status
The Requests by Status pie chart shows the total number of requests broken down by status ("New," "Completed," In-Process," and "Auto-Fulfill").
