Tenrox Mobile Guide

As of Tenrox 2019R1 SP4, Tenrox Mobile is part of the Upland Mobile app that consists of the available mobile versions of Upland products. It is designed for use by Upland customers and requires a subscription to an Upland product.

Tenrox Mobile, a Project Time Tracking and Expense Reporting app, enables the management of timesheets and expense reports for workforce, project teams, and professional services resources. Team members can easily and quickly submit and track project time and expense reports, as well Managers can readily review and approve these directly from an iOS or Android device.

Functionality includes:

  • Accessing Timesheet through My Timesheets list
  • Viewing the status of recent Timesheets or selecting a Timesheet to view its details and drilling into the Time Entry to view overtime, add/edit notes or additional information
  • Copying previously entered or submitted Timesheet using the new Copy capability
  • Submitting Expense Reports
  • Viewing and taking action on assigned Timesheets
  • Actioning multiple Timesheets at the same time

Version note: Several User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) improvements have been made, all intended to improve and update the look and feel of the app, and to elevate the user's experience with Tenrox Mobile. The improved look, Buttons, Options, Dialog Boxes, Icons, message bars and Search all fall in line with the upgraded standards.
