Applying a Compose Profile

You can apply a Compose Profile to a rule or set a Compose Profile property to a workflow by using the RuleSets node on the Server Administrator tree or the Set Job Property dialog box.

Apply a Compose Profile to a rule

To apply a Compose Profile to a rule

  1. Go to the Server Administrator pane.

  2. Find RuleSets on the Server Administrator tree.

  3. Click the Expand arrow (>) next to RuleSets, if necessary. The rules appear.

  4. Select a rule. The rule opens in the RuleSets pane.

  5. Open (right-click) a rule. The RuleSets Properties shortcut menu appears.

  6. Click Properties. The Rule Properties dialog appears.

  7. Click the Actions tab. The Actions tree appears.

  8. Find and select Compose on the Actions tree.

  9. Click the Properties button. The Action Properties dialog appears.

  10.  Click the Compose Profiles tab.

  11. In the Profile to Apply list, select a Compose Profile.

  12. Click OK on the Action Properties dialog box.

  13. Click OK.

Set a Compose Profile to a job property

To set a Compose Profile to a job property

  1. Go to the Server Administrator pane.

  2. Find RuleSets on the Server Administrator tree.

  3. Click the Expand arrow (>) next to RuleSets, if necessary. The rules appear.

  4. Select a rule. The rule opens in the RuleSets pane.

  5. Open (right-click) a rule. The RuleSets Properties shortcut menu appears.

  6. Click Properties. The Rule Properties dialog appears.

  7. Click the Actions tab. The Actions tree appears.

  8. Find and select Start Workflow.

  9. Click the Properties button. The Actions Properties dialog box appears.

  10. Click the Job Properties tab.

  11. Click Add. The Set Job Property dialog box appears.

  12. In the Property box, type ComposeProfiles and select the ComposeProfiles property.

  13. In the Value box, type the Compose Profile name. The Compose Profile name typed in the Value box must match the Compose Profile name used when it was created.

  14. Click OK on the Set Job Property dialog box.

  15. Click OK on the Action Properties dialog box.

  16. Click OK.
