Downloading My Files
Documents scanned and sent to My Files can be downloaded and saved to your computer or other location by using the Download button. You can select single or multiple files on the My Files list. A file must be selected to activate the Download button. The Download button is dim and inactive by default when you open My Files.
Download a single file
To download a single file

Start WebApps from your browser, if necessary.

Click My Files on the Dashboard. The My Files list appears.

Select the file you want to download. The file is highlighted, and the Download button is activated.

Click Download. The Do you want to open or save.... message appears.

Choose the appropriate options to save the file to your specific location.
Download multiple files
To download multiple files

Start WebApps from your browser, if necessary.

Click My Files on the Dashboard. The My Files list appears.

Select the first file you want to download. The file is highlighted, and the Download button is activated.

Press and hold the CTRL key and click the other files you want to download.

Click Download. The selected files are downloaded as a Zip file.

Open the Zip file and choose the appropriate options to extract and save the files to your specific location.
