The file names of the FaxCenter notification templates are OMNotification-FaxCenter.OMTPL and OMNotification-FaxCenterCombined.OMTPL.
Customizing FaxCenter notifications
You can customize the notification template to include additional information about the original fax sender and comments from the FaxCenter user. Use the following variables to customize FaxCenter notification templates:

%SENDER_CUSTOM1% - When you include this variable in the FaxCenter notification template, the notification includes the text the FaxCenter user enters in the Name field in the Routing Transaction Description section.

%SENDER_CUSTOM2% - When you include this variable in the FaxCenter notification template, the notification includes the text the FaxCenter user enters in the Company field in the Routing Transaction Description section.

%SENDER_CUSTOM3% - When you include this variable in the FaxCenter notification template, the notification includes the text the FaxCenter user enters in the Comments field in the Routing Transaction Description section.
FaxCenter variables data source
When the FaxCenter user routes a fax, the user has the option of providing information about the original fax sender and comments about the fax. This section, called Routing Transaction Description, includes three fields that correspond to the FaxCenter variables above.

Name - The FaxCenter user can provide the name of the original fax sender. The information provided by the FaxCenter user in this field appears in the notification template in place of the %SENDER_CUSTOM1% variable.

Company - The FaxCenter user can provide the name of the original fax sender's company. The information provided by the FaxCenter user in this field appears in the notification template in place of the %SENDER_CUSTOM2% variable.

Comments - The FaxCenter user can include comments about the fax for the fax recipient. The information provided by the FaxCenter user in this field appears in the notification template in place of the %SENDER_CUSTOM3% variable.
In order for this variable data to appear in the notification message, you must grant FaxCenter users permission to provide information about the original sender and comments for the routing recipient. See Modifying FaxCenter properties of the registered user for more information.
