Top Line Format Variables List

The following table lists the variables that can be used when creating or modifying the Top Line format.

Variable	Data Displayed in Fax Header
^SENDER^	Sender identification When the server replaces this variable with actual data, it uses the sender name data from your email system. If there is no value for the sender name, the server queries your email system for the sender company. If there is no value for the sender company, the server queries your e-mail system for the sender home fax number.
^RECIPIENT^	Recipient identification When the server replaces this variable with actual data, it uses the recipient name data from your email system. If there is no value for the recipient name, the server queries your email system for the recipient company. If there is no value for the recipient company, the server queries your email system for the recipient business address. If there is no value for the recipient business address, the server queries your email system for the number dialed.
^DATE^	Date on which the server delivered the fax When the server replaces this variable with actual data, it uses the server's regional date setting.
^TIME^	Time at which the server delivered the fax When the server replaces this variable with actual data, it uses the server's regional time setting.
^PAGE^	Current page number
^PAGEOF^	The total number of pages in the fax
^IDENTITY^	Identity of the fax board channel that transmits the outbound fax (TSI)
