You can view the status of modem channels by using the Server Administrator > Modem Status node.
Fax board channels include the following information.

Channel number
-
Mode (Send Only, Receive Only, or Send and Receive)

Status (Idle, Pending, or Listening)
If a channel is currently processing a fax, additional information is available about that fax, such as the Job ID, Destination, and Sender.
Tip: If you do not see a Modem Server listed under Modem Status, try detecting the channels on the fax board.
To view the status of all fax board channels associated with a server

Start the Server Administrator.
On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > -
On the console, expand the Server Administrator tree.

Expand Modem Status. The details pane lists all the Modem Servers associated with the server.

Double-click a Modem Server to view its details. The details pane lists the details about each channel.
