About User RuleSets

With User RuleSets, you can create custom rules for the Upland AccuRoute server to use for processing messages. For each rule, you can select a destination, identify criteria, and specify actions to be performed. Administrators have a variety of templates for document routing with multiple destinations available. Creating User RuleSets is optional. There are Received Faxes and Default RuleSets created for you during the server installation.

Note: You can have up to five criteria in a rule. If you want to set more than five criteria in a rule, create the rule with the first five criteria, make a copy of the rule, add the next five criteria and continue until you are done.
