About Received Faxes and Default RuleSets

The Upland AccuRoute server attempts to match and determine how to process the following message types.

  • Inbound messages against the Received Faxes Rulesets
  • Outbound messages against the Default RuleSets

For WebApps and Outlook Administrators

Note: For WebApps and Outlook Administrators: Users can drag and drop emails with attachments or just attachments onto a new, personal, and favorite distribution provided the Default RuleSets > Compound File component is part of the workflow rule that matches the distribution. This is set up by default during the server installation. Drag and drop may not work if the Compound File component has been altered.
