Expand Component Services > Computers in the console.

Right-click My Computer and select Properties from the drop-down list.

In the Access Permissions section, select Edit Limits. The Access Permission page opens.

For user Anonymous_logon, select Local Access and Remote Access permissions.

Select OK.

In the Launch and Activate Permissions section, select Edit Limits. The Launch Permissions page appears.

For user Anonymous_logon, select Local Launch, Remote Launch, Local Activation, and Remote Activation permissions.

Select OK and then OK again to close the Properties page.
Creating a new

To create additional profiles

In the Server Administrator, expand Configuration and right-click
-
Select New > Profile. The New Profile Properties dialog box appears.

Type a profile name in the Name box and optionally, a description in the Description box.

Select the Applications tab, click Add and select the applications needed from the drop-down list.
Example: Select Add > Messages > Inbox. The Inbox Application Properties dialog box appears. You can choose additional properties if necessary.

Select OK. You will see the selected application added to the list when you return to the New Profile Properties dialog box.

Select the Features tab, click Add and select the appropriate features for the profile. The Feature Properties dialog box appears. You can specify additional properties.

Select OK on the Features Properties dialog box. The feature appears on the Features list.

Select OK on the New Profile Properties dialog box. Your new profile appears in the
Note: To edit a profile, right-click on a profile in the details pane and select Properties on the shortcut menu. Choose the appropriate tab and modify your selections as needed.
Adding a
Based on your company's needs you determine who has access to what through the use of profiles and user groups. The development of multiple profiles for different user groups is an effective method toward providing groups with access to all or specific applications and features.
To add a profile to a user group

Expand Configuration and select Groups.
-
Right-click the appropriate group and select Properties on the shortcut menu. The Group Properties dialog box appears.

Select Clients > Web.
-
Ensure Enable members of this group to use the following web view check box is selected.
-
Ensure the correct web view is selected.
-
Select the appropriate profile on the Profile drop-down list.
-
Select OK. The user group is updated to use the profile selected.
