Bookmark template is used to bookmark pages in a multiple page document before scanning. A barcode can be included in the template.

Cover page template is used as the top page of a fax. It includes sender, recipient and other fax related information.

Dynamic Form Template is used to collect and retrieve data from different resources and compose a form for printing at a device. These user-defined and custom templates are set up by Administrators for the creation of company-specific forms.
Note: No default templates are available for the use of Dynamic Forms.

Embedded Directives (Distribution) templates are used for routing jobs to different destinations, for example, email.

Notification template is used to notify users of a significant event, for example, a failure. There are several notification types. These templates are used by the server to send notification messages to the appropriate destinations, for example, the journal where Administrators can view a history of events including job failures for troubleshooting purposes.
Note: Other languages are available for use. Not at all template types may be available in different languages.
