Initial Program Setup
Before being able to build your Automation Program, you will first need to provide some general information, in the creation form. This guide takes you through the steps required.
Step 1: Program Name
Give the Program a name. This is its identifier and should be memorable and relevant.
Step 2: Description
This is optional, but it is an opportunity to provide additional information for the use and purpose of your Program.
Step 3: Program Owner
Choose the owner of the Program. This defaults to the current user but can be changed using the Select User button.
Step 4: Repeating Contacts
Decide whether contacts should be able to go through the Program multiple times or just once.
Step 5: Core Table
Select the core table that you wish to associate to the Program. This is the Core Table that contacts will be added to when they enter the Program.
Step 6: Save and Next Steps
When you're satisfied with the complete form, click Save. The Program Editor Tab appears, where you can build your program.
