The Adestra HubSpot integration provides an easy way to send automated emails from HubSpot using Adestra. It does this using webhook functionality, once you've completed the campaign creation process, Adestra will generate a URL for you to include within your HubSpot workflow.
The URL is added as part of a workflow step in HubSpot, which you can add using the 'Add step' link.
Within the workflow step, use the 'Select an action' drop-down menu to select ' Trigger a webhook'.
This will expand the screen to display more options. Next, select 'POST' from the drop-down menu.
You can leave the 'Use Authentication?' option unchecked, as all of the required information is embedded in the URL.
The next step is to retrieve the webhook from Adestra, which can be accessed from within the Campaign Overview, via the 'HubSpot Webhook' link.
Note: You will need to publish the campaign for the webhook trigger to function correctly.
Clicking the link will generate the URL specific to display a link.
A warning will appear beneath the link reminding you if the campaign has not yet been published.
Copy this link and paste into the 'Enter webhook URL' text box within the workflow interface.
Remember to save changes made using the 'Save workflow' button on the left. Now, when the form on the website is submitted, they will be sent the campaign.
