Answering Plan Details questions
To answer a plan details question, select a drop-down answer option. In some questions, you also need to enter mandatory answer text.
The colored indicators give you a quick view of how many questions have been answered in each section [1].
Red indicates an answer with a 'negative' score, yellow a 'neutral' score, and green a 'positive' score.
Based on these scores, the overall positivity or negativity (strength or weakness) of this section of the plan is indicated by the summary color indicator [2].

Answering Row Details questions
A row details question is considered answered when any of the following are completed:

All Account Info fields are completed. Account hub configuration allows an administrator to include fields from the relevant Account record in a row details question. Account Info fields are not displayed for account division rows. For more information on account hub, watch the following short video.
- The Details field contains text.
- An Attachment is uploaded.
The percentage indicator [3] shows how much progress you've made in answering questions for the account or division row. (You don't see this indicator when you access account details questions from the opportunity map.)
Note how some rows [4] do not include a percentage indicator. These are roll-up rows are on your opportunity map and Row Details questions are not provided for roll-up rows. However, if an account or division row is selected to show on a roll up, questions and an indicator are provided for the roll up row. For more information, see Account Structure page.
