Relationship Map List View
You can toggle a relationship map between Map and List views (as indicated below). Map view is the default view.
About relationship map list view
The list view shows a list of the contacts on the map, along with their attributes and other information which can also be viewed in the map view. An example of a list view is shown below for an account relationship map - note how newly added contacts ('Walter McGovern' in this example) are also highlighted in green in this view (when the Recently Added toggle is enabled).
The list view provides an alternative way of considering the relationships on the map that may help you to spot gaps in your knowledge. However, we strongly recommend that you primarily work with the map view where relationships are displayed.
In list view, as in map view, clicking a contact opens the contact information panel on the right. (Click the icon below to open the information panel in the map view.)
As with the map view, you can also apply filters and, by way of the Manage Contacts button, create a new contact, add existing contacts or remove multiple contact from the relationship map. (The options button, shown below, also allows you to remove a specific contact, and to open the relevant Salesforce Contact record.)
Grouping contacts in the list view
The list view includes one function that is not included in the map view: the ability to Group By in the top right (indicated in the example below) allows you to sort the list in ways that can help you to focus on certain contacts, e.g. grouping contacts by attribute, or key players v non-key players.
