Using SmartAnswers

SmartHub includes the SmartAnswers module, enabling users to ask questions in a way that basic search can not do. For example,

• Users can now ask questions using natural language.

• Users receive what they are looking for by narrowing their search thanks to its own questions.

• The conversation uses a NLQ Service that applies machine-learning intelligence to the natural language text to provide information about the user input.
