2023R2 Resolved Issues
Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by the Eclipse PPM 2023R2 release. Individual customer cases will be updated by the Support team through the portal. Cases will be closed out with customers upon confirmation that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
Note: This page may be updated as new information becomes available.
The resolved issues in this release fall under the following categories:
Administration

A bug prevented the "Administrator Enabled Notifications" page from sending email out to users with locked Work Plans. If a user had a Work Plan locked for the specified time, they would not receive the intended notification.
This bug has been identified and fixed; users will once again receive Administrator Enabled Notifications when they have Work Plans locked for the specified time period.
Dashboards

A bug prevented users from adding the "Projects Milestones" panel to their Dashboards in Eclipse PPM. When a user attempted to add one of these panels, it would appear blank. This was especially prevalent when users added the panel to the bottom of the Dashboard instead of at the top.
This bug has been located and resolved; users can once again add the "Projects Milestones" panel to their Dashboards.
Dates

A bug caused dates to display incorrectly throughout Eclipse PPM. Most commonly, these dates would display one day prior to the intended date. For example, if a user edited a Project's Properties, any date fields would automatically change to the previous date (i.e. September 20th would become September 19th).
This bug has been identified and fixed; date fields will no longer automatically change their values without user intervention.
Financials

A bug caused certain Projects to display values from the Financial Plan's previous year in the "Current Year Budget" field. In the "Snapshot" on the Project's Home page, the "Current Year Budget" would display the previous year's budget.
This bug has been fixed; the "Current Year Budget" will once again display the Budget of the correct year.
Reports

A bug caused Issue subject lines to be cut off when Issues were included in the "Project Status" Eclipse PPM report. If the Issue subject was too long to fit in the column, it would be cut off. If it was long enough to require additional lines in the report, however, it would be displayed in full. This was a problem because there was no way to expand the Issue subject line when the report was exported as a PDF.
This bug has been resolved; the Issue subject line will now appear in full on the "Project Status" report.
Upland Analytics

A bug prevented users from being able to add filters to their Upland Analytics reports. Certain entities were included in reports when they did not match the filter criteria.
This bug has been identified and fixed; users can once again apply filters to their reports and expect the results to reflect them.

A bug prevented users from running Upland Analytics reports created using the "Project Objectives List" Data Source. The reports would fail to return any results and display a "No Data Available" message.
This bug has been fixed; the reports using the "Project Objectives List" Data Source can once again be run in Upland Analytics.
