Support
The Support in the Admin App allows you to access the InGenius support website, download logs, and import data from previous InGenius installations.

Select Launch InGenius Support Site to navigate to the support website for additional support information.

You can download InGenius logs from the Support & Documentation page. To do so:
- Select Download InGenius Logs.
- Enter a reason for downloading the logs. You can either use the provided suggestions or type a custom reason.
- (Optional) Insert comments to help the support person better understand the issue. Comments are not required to download logs.
- You can then upload the downloaded ZIP file to InGenius by either using the website here if you are not in Europe, or this link if you are in Europe.
Note: The "Data download successful" prompt might not appear even if the download is successful. Make sure to check your browser's download history after downloading.

It is highly recommended to backup your InGenius data before every upgrade. Performing a backup ensures it is possible to recover data in the event that you encounter an error during an upgrade.
Select Download InGenius Data to download a ZIP file containing a backup of InGenius data.
Please adhere to the warnings and notes below.
Caution: It is recommended to perform an InGenius data backup with assistance from an InGenius specialist. Please contact (missing or bad snippet) for more information.
Caution: Do not import .csv files that begin with DNI (this stands for Do Not Import) into the CRM during the backup process.
Caution: In the Salesforce data backup process, ensure to select the Add new and update existing records option. If you select one of the alternative options instead, it could result in data loss.
Note: If you have uploaded a custom image in the Branding section, the image will not be saved in the InGenius backup data. For more information, consult Branding.

If using the Salesforce CRM, you can download the InGenius call center from the Support & Documentation page and import it into Salesforce. For more information, click here.

If a valid license is active, the Data Import button will allow you to import exported data from a previous installation of InGenius. For instructions on importing previously exported InGenius data, click here.
