Previewing a Mailing as a Page (External Preview Link)

Although PostUp includes options to preview your mailing in the content tab and the rendering tab, there may be occasions where you wish to share the email content with someone, e.g. an advertiser, without having to include them in the mailing target.

The preview and send tab includes the option to generate a URL for your content that can be shared with other people or organizations. After you have sent your mailing, you can access the URL from the detailed mailing report.

Accessing the page from Preview and Send

  • From the HTML preview tab, use the external preview link to open and view your content as a webpage in your default browser.

    Alternatively, you can use the clipboard icon next to the link to copy the URL to your clipboard to share with someone, e.g. send the URL for your content to an advertiser.

Accessing the page from the detailed mailing report

  1. Open the detailed mailing report and find the launch that you wish to view.

  2. Open the individual launch report and scroll down to the report actions.

  3. Under the other options menu, use the external preview link to open and view your content as a webpage in your default browser.
