Send Complete Timesheet Reminder Notification at the End of the Timesheet Period
This article explains how to configure PSA to automatically send a reminder notification at the end of the Timesheet Period, prompting users to complete and submit their timesheets on time.
Automating this process helps improve timesheet submission rates, supports compliance with company policies, and reduces manual follow-up efforts by managers and administrators.
- From the Icon Bar click Setup

- From the Navigation Menu click Timesheet.
- From the available options select Timesheet Templates.
- From the Timesheet Templates list that displays, click the Name of the Timesheet Template you wish to access.
- Upon the Timesheet Template Edit page displaying, navigate to the Reminders tab.
- To enable the reminder, select the Complete Timesheets [0] day(s) prior to the end of period checkbox.
Note: If the number of days is not already set to 0, change it to ensure the reminder is sent exactly at the end of the Timesheet Period.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- Click Back to return to the previous page.
