Embedding Upland Analytics Dashboard(s) in PSA

When an Upland Analytics (UA) Dashboard is Shared with a Security Profile or User, it can be embedded in PSA and viewed directly from the Dashboards (Portals).

This article details the necessary steps to embed a UA Dashboard within PSA with links to the required how to articles to guide you through the process.

Prerequisite:

Any one of the following conditions are necessary so that a User can have visibility to an Upland Analytics Dashboard:

  1. The UA Dashboard is created by the logged User
  2. The UA Dashboard is created by other users and Shared with the Logged User (Security profile, Group or by name) or
  3. The UA Dashboard is set to Public

Grant Permission

Users with the following permission(s) will be able to access the Dashboards tab:

  • Can view Upland Analytics dashboards permission (Reports)
  • Upland Analytics Administrator or Upland Analytics Read Write or Upland Analytics Read Only permission (Reports)

Upon granting this permission:

  • The Dashboard tab will be available for the Users from their own Settings (User Profile Menu).
  • Associated UA Dashboard(s), can then be accessed through Dashboards (Portals) in PSA.

Association of UA Dashboard(s) for visibility to a User

Upon completing the above steps, Shared UA Dashboard can then be associated and viewed directly from the PSA Dashboards (Portals) by the users that are granted the Can view Upland Analytics Dashboards permission.
