Application Data
Application Data functions and settings are used to configuration options for your company’s instance of Upland Qvidian. By adjusting some of the default settings, you can customize Upland Qvidian for your organizations unique needs and maximize the benefits of Upland Qvidian for your users.
For example, you can:
- use features such as Custom metadata, Merge codes, Custom user information, Keywords, Email notification triggers, SME Email Body and Dropdown lists to customize fields, data and communication to support your internal workflow in accomplishing content management and document creation.
- create SQL queries in Report Views to quickly access data in the future from within Reports.
- use the Branding option to customize the look of you Upland Qvidian instance by adding a logo.
Caution: Any changes made to settings accessed through Application Data affect all users.
