Import the RFP Package document type
You can download the RFP Package document type to begin creating projects with multiple components immediately without having to create a new document type or update an existing one. This document type contains components that are compatible with the RFP project in a logical order that reflects the structure of common RFP responses.
The QvidianBasicRFP document type, which only includes only a Document Section and an RFP subsection, is also compatible with projects.
Clients who are new to Upland Qvidian as of the Spring 2017 release, will receive this document type along with the standard document types that are included in Upland Qvidian. Existing clients can download and import the document type by following the tasks below. You must be a Upland Qvidian administrator with Manage Document Types permission to import a document type. Users must be given build permission for the RFP Package document type and have the Professional template enabled in order for it to be available for them to use.
Note: Document types that include Structured Content, complex Selection Driven Content with more than one group or shared selections, or RFP Compliance Matrix components cannot be used to create RFP Packages.
