RightAnswers portals enable efficient knowledge delivery through a configurable interface, designed to support the needs of knowledge management professionals.

Two portal types are available:

  • Self-Service – a read-only interface intended for end users seeking quick access to information. It is a convenient and efficient tool to find knowledge articles, access support resources, and manage requests.
