CRM Hybrid
RUX supports a basic CRM Hybrid model. CRM Hybrid features support both CRM integrated accounts/contacts and stand-alone customers/contacts in the same platform. This is beneficial for companies who might have partner lists outside of their CRM system and companies going through mergers or acquisitions that are facing delays in combining their CRM systems. This specific feature allows sales users to nominate their reference contacts regardless of if they already exist in a CRM and gives more visibility into which customers are already named references.
