Customizing WebApps Help Link

The Customized Help link can be configured for the WebApps client using the option Show custom help link. This feature allows a company to display their own specific WebApps Help or instructions, in addition to or instead of the standard WebApps Help.

Note: Show custom help link is an optional feature which is not configured by default.

Configuring the Customized Help Link

  1. Launch the Server Administrator.

  2. Navigate to Configuration > WebApps > Default Profile.

  3. Select Properties > Show custom help link check box.

  4. Enter a valid URL, Text, and select an Image type and image.

  5. Optionally, unselect Show standard help link to hide the standard WebApps Help link.

  6. Click OK to save the changes.

Verifying the Customized Help Link

  1. Launch WebApps .

  2. Click the Help icon on the top-right and verify that the customized help link appears.
