The
- Sending documents to WebApps via the Send to
- Import with Copied Profile allows to modify the properties of a document
- Upload the document to the folder using the Upload Scan
Note: WebApps must be configured to use HTTPS.
Configuring WorkSite Web Extensions
To configure the WorkSite Web Extensions
Pre-requisite: Install the Server and WebApps Client.
- Install the Desksite client on the server.
- Launch the Server Administrator.
- Go to Connectors node, right-click and select Worksite as a new Connector.
- Provide the WorkSite Server Name and login credentials and click Finish to add the Worksite connector.
- Verify the Worksite connector is added to the Connectors list.
- Go to the Configuration > WebApps > Default. The Default Profile Properties dialog box appears.
- Select the Features tab.
- Click Add and select WorksiteWebExtension. The WorksiteWebExtension Feature Properties dialog box appears.
- Provide the WebApps URL as https://arservername/
- Provide the WorkSite Web URL as https://worksiteservername in the WorkSite URL field.
- Provide the name of the WorkSite Server in the Worksite Server field.
- Click on the Generate Extension Configuration File and save the configuration zip file.
- Click OK to add the WorksiteWebExtension.
Installing WorkSite Web Extensions
To install WorkSite Web Extensions
- Place the WorkWebExtension zip file generated on the server in the WorkSite server folder: [WorkSite Install Folder]\web_module\ext\installed.
- Restart WorkSite services
Testing WorkSite Web Extensions
- Launch the WorkSite Web using the URL [https://worksiteservername]
- Right-click on the document in the workspace to see the extension options.
