There are several ways you can customize notification messages.

Customize the content and the subject line of all notification message templates to suit the needs of your company.

Modify the notification message template so that the notification message contains a link to the Web Client where the recipient can view the message. For instructions, see Adding Web Client link and Excluding attachment.
Note: By default, the server sends notification messages to inbound message recipients without the inbound message attached. Instead, the notification message contains a link to the Web Client where the recipient can view the message.

Modify the notification message template so that the notification message from the server displays a thumbnail image of the first page in the body of an outbound message. For instructions, see Adding notification message thumbnail image.

Specify the sender of notification messages on the server. (If you do not specify the sender, the sender will be displayed as "MessageServer".)
