About History

History is used to view and manage completed jobs. You can perform the following History actions.

  • Select a message to view message details and attachments in the Preview pane.

  • Select New in the toolbar to create and send a new message.

  • Select the Download button to save the attachment as an image for viewing or attaching to a new message.

  • Select a message from the list and the appropriate toolbar option to complete the following tasks.

    • Forward Attachments – Attach additional information and/or documents and then send the message.

    • Delete – Delete the message.

    • Print Attachments – Print documents attached to the message.

Viewing Messages in History Confirmations

Confirmations are notifications sent to users to notify them of a message's successful or failed delivery. You can view who the notifications are going to by selecting the Confirmations tab. Confirmations are set by an Administrator or by the user who created the distribution.

To view a message in history confirmations

  1. Select Messages on the WebApps Home page.

  2. Select History.

  3. Select a message. The Job Properties dialog box appears.

  4. Select the Confirmations tab.

  5. View the confirmations if any.
