Generating a Routing Sheet

You can generate routing sheets for your distributions. You can select or change which routing sheet you want to generate for any message/distribution by using Options.

Note: Routing Sheets are defined for WebApps user profiles by the Administrator.

To generate and print a routing sheet

  1. Open WebApps from your browser.

  2. Open or create an existing distribution.

    • Open an existing distribution.

      • Go to Distributions > My Distributions or Subscribed Distributions, highlight a distribution and click Properties.

Note: Use the Options button to select a routing sheet template, if necessary. A default template is used if one is not selected.

  1. Click the Routing Sheet button on the toolbar. The routing sheet opens as a PDF.

  1. Print the routing sheet.

  2. Close the PDF reader to return to My Distributions.

  3. Go to your MFP device, select the Routing Sheet button and scan both the routing sheet and the relevant documents.
