Managing Your Authorizations

You may be required to authorize access to various Cloud storage folders. In addition, authentication may also be required by using the WebApps Client or appropriate button at the device. This is based on the Administrator's Cloud storage folder configurations that are part of your workflows.

You can manage your folder authorizations by using Preferences > Authorizations.

To manage authorizations

  1. Open WebApps from your browser.

  2. Select Preferences. The Preferences page appears.

  3. Select Authorizations. The Folders list appears.

  4. Find and select the appropriate folder with a red (x).

  1. Click the Properties button. The Folder Authorization Properties dialog box appears.

  2. Review the message and click OK to continue.

  3. Sign in or create an account, if necessary. A server message appears requesting access to your files and folders.

  4. Select the appropriate button to allow access. The Authorizations page appears and the folder has a green check mark indicating that access has been granted.
