Using the Audience Editor
Use the editor tab to edit your audience syntax, change your audience properties, and view the records retrieved by your syntax.
When you are happy with your changes, save and export your audience.
Edit syntax
Use the syntax field to view and modify the syntax generated using the designer tab, e.g. add additional criteria.

Select the location in your syntax field where you wish to make an edit.

Make the required changes. For example:

Use operators such as AND and OR to add additional criteria.

Edit ranges by overwriting the selected data.

In the function menu, press the Refresh button to update your count.

When you are happy with your edits, save and export your audience.
Note: when you make changes to the syntax, Audiences restructures the query into a single input element on the designer tab.
Edit audience properties
Located to the right of the syntax field and record numbers table, the properties pane allows you to refine your audience settings.
Table
The table field is pre-populated based on your entries on the designer tab.
Confirm that the table displayed is the one you want.
Note: calculating an audience at the wrong table level can result in errors.
Fields
The 'fields to show' options allow you to customise the record number table.

Use the radio buttons to select the type of data template you wish to apply to the results of your audience selection.

User defined - allows you to drag and drop the fields you want to see in your results table.

Default data template - uses a default data template if one has been set up in your settings.

Specific data template - allows you to select a data template. Once selected, the fields from that template will show in the record view.

For the specific data template option, select a data template using the dropdown menu.
The table will automatically update to reflect your selection.
The 'syntax fields' option allows you to display fields related to your syntax in the results table.

Use the radio buttons to select if you want to display syntax fields before or after the other fields in your results table.
The table will automatically update with your selection.
Sync settings
The sync settings options allow you to configure your audience data export.
If you configured sync settings on the designer tab, these fields are pre-populated based on your entries from the designer tab.
View record numbers
By default, only record numbers are displayed for a given audience.
