Logging in to Adestra
To log into Adestra you'll need to use the user credentials supplied by either your Adestra customer success manager or a local Adestra administrator user.
Tip: if enabled, you can also use the Upland Credential Manager to log in via SSO.
Logging In
Adestra is available at https://app.adestra.com/
To log in:

Enter your Account name.
 - 
                                                    
Enter your Login ID, and click Next.
 - 
                                                    
Depending on the authentication type defined by your organization, you will be prompted to:

Enter your password,
 - 
                                                            
Enter an OTP token, or
 - 
                                                            
be redirected to your organization’s SSO page.
 
Enter your password or token and press the Sign in button.
 - 
                                                            
 
The Adestra Homepage appears.
Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble logging in, please check:

You are using one of the supported browsers, and
 - 
                                                    
You have JavaScript and cookies enabled in your browser.

Password recovery
In case you forget your password, you can recover it through the Adestra login page.

Follow the Forgot Password? link.
 - 
                                                    
Enter your Account name and Username.
 - 
                                                    
Press the Reset password button.
 - 
                                                    
You will receive an email a password reset link, which is active for 24 hours, can be used to enter a new password.
 - 
                                                    
Follow the password reset link to create a new password.
 
Best practice suggests that you:
- Use multiple character sets (lowercase, uppercase, numbers and symbols).
 - Aim for more than 6 characters.
 - Avoid dictionary words, proper nouns or foreign words.
 - Don't use personal information.
 
Note: we recommend using a strong password for security purposes. Your new password may be rejected if you use an insecure string such as your username, surname, or any common password combination.
