Account Management

Account Management, located in the Navigation Menu, allows you to manage users, groups and services, as well as payment details and information. You will only have this menu option if you are an Account Manager.

The following options are available under Account Management:

Templates

Account Managers can create templates that users can apply as cover pages to faxes later. See Templates for more information.

Fax Users

When you open an account with AccuRoute CloudFAX, a user is automatically created and assigned the Account Manager level of permissions. Account Managers can then add any number of further users under an account. See Fax Users for more information.

Groups

Account Managers can create groups of users to which faxes can be shared, either individually or automatically, rather than having to define the sharing settings of each fax and user individually. See Groups for more information.

Custom Properties

Each of the faxes in your Inbox has several properties: time received, number of pages, shared time, and owner. Faxes can be further organized by adding tags, a unique reference, a fax name and/or customized properties.

Account Managers can define up to 10 additional customized properties for an account.

See Custom Properties for more information.

IP Access Control

Account Managers can add IP address ranges to restrict access to an account. The access restrictions also apply to the AccuRoute CloudFAX API web service. See IP Access Control for more information.

Account Properties

Account Managers can update account information, add payment methods and retention policies and change account permissions. See Account Properties for more information.
