Text and Shape stencils are used to help organize information that is displayed on the Diagram pane. These stencils do not have any function with a published workflow process. By using these stencils, you are able to provide visual organization to the stencils that make up a workflow process. Administrators can use these stencils to describe the function of a stencil or why it is being used.
The following text and shape stencils are available in the Process Designer:
Sticky Note: Adds a highlighted note to the process. See Sticky Note stencil for more information.
Text: Adds text to the process. See Text stencil for more information.
Picture: Adds a picture to the process. See Picture stencil for more information.
Ellipse: Adds an ellipse to the process. See Ellipse stencil for more information.
Rectangle: Adds a rectangle to the process. See Rectangle stencil for more information.
