Rant & Rave transforms the way companies communicate with and capture the voice of the customer and employee, by keeping things simple and embracing emotion. The solution lets you reach out proactively to customers and employees, hear them in real time, understand them intelligently, digest the data easily, and act on insight authentically.
Logging in

Navigate to the Rant & Rave URL provided by your administrator to open the log in screen.

Enter your username in the textbox and select the continue button.
If you are an SSO user, you will be directed to your SSO page to log in via your SSO process.
If you are a non-SSO user continue following these steps.

Upon selecting the continue button, a password box will appear. Enter your password.

Select the sign in button to access the Rant & Rave modules.
Note: at any point during the sign in process, you can select the forgot password hyperlink to reset your password.
Rant & Rave modules
Your Rant & Rave solution consists of one or more modules:

Fast Feedback dashboard - provides access to a personalized feedback dashboard giving an instant overview of client's performance, along with customizable data analysis, visualizations, and tools to act on or modify the collected data. You can boost your Fast Feedback module with the following add-on modules:

Data management - allows you to create and run data management tasks such as anonymization and deletion.

Discover - a tool for creating bespoke reports.

Frontline Engagement - presents the voice of the customer in a fun and engaging way, giving frontline teams the opportunity to see how they’re performing in real-time.

Recover - highlights items of feedback that require action so you can distribute, categorize, prioritize, and ultimately resolve them.

Proactive Communication - allows you to send and receive personalized email, text, and voice messages.

User Management - allows users with Administrator access to manage user accounts and set up teams.
