About OCR Language Support
A user can select a language engine when scanning documents for OCR output by using a prompt on the multifunction printer (MFP). This ensures that the output is as accurate as possible for text search actions. The Administrator first defines any of the languages on the server and then makes the languages available to the user.
Specifically, the Administrator can select any of the following languages.
