Creating a Favorite Distribution

Distributions that are used often can be flagged as favorite distributions for quick and easy access from the WebApps Dashboard. You can drag and drop files on to your favorite distributions and send with a simple mouse click. No need to select a distribution from the My Distributions list. Favorite distributions are available on the dashboard as soon as you open WebApps. In addition, you can remove favorite distributions from the WebApps Dashboard, if necessary.

Note: Favorite distributions are created from saved distributions. See Creating a Personal Distribution for more information.

To create a favorite distribution

Open WebApps from your browser.
Click Distributions. The Distributions tiles appear.
Click My Distributions. The My Distributions list appears.
Select the distribution you want to flag as a favorite distribution. The My Distributions toolbar becomes active.
Click Favorite on the My Distributions toolbar. The star color next to the Distribution name becomes black.

Select the Upland AccuRoute logo to go back to the WebApps Dashboard. Your favorite distribution appears on the WebApps Dashboard.

Drag and drop files to send files to the recipients on your favorite distribution. The Distribution Sent message appears.

Note: You can drag and drop emails with attachments or just attachments onto a new, personal and favorite distribution. Contact your Administrator for assistance if you are not able to drag and drop emails and/or attachments.
