Intersection

Intersections display your data in a graphical format to visualise the overlaps and segmentation of your customers.

To get started:

1. Open the create menu by pressing the + icon in the main navigation menu.

2. Select the Intersection option from the list of functions.

3. Either:

   1. Start a blank intersection to open a blank Venn canvas, or

   2. use the Venn Behaviour Wizard to create a behaviour periods Venn diagram.

After creating an intersection, right-click a segment to open the interrogation menu. Here, you can:

• Remove set - This will delete the segment on which you right-clicked.

• Show percent - display the segment size as a percentage of the whole.

• Show count - display the nuber of records in the segment.

• Show count and percent - shows the count and percent values for your segments at the same time.

• New Venn - opens a new Venn Diagram and adds the selected records as a segment.

• New audience - export the selected segment to a new audience.

• Label - export the selected segment to a label.
