When the setup is complete and you are ready to start an mConnect campaign, you can activate it. For more information, see Setting up a new mConnect.
Activating an mConnect
The Inactive mConnects table lists the mConnects that are not currently in use. If you set up a new mConnect or make changes to an existing mConnect, you can start or restart the campaign by activating the mConnect.
When you are ready to activate an mConnect campaign:

Select
Phone Calls in the left pane, and then select mConnects. -
Select the Inactive mConnects tab, locate the mConnect in the Inactive mConnects table, and then select the mConnect name link.
The mConnect page opens.

Open the "Actions" drop-down menu:

Select Activate.
The mConnect moves to the Active mConnects table with an
indicator.
Deactivating an mConnect
If you need to pause or end an active campaign, you must first deactivate it.
To deactivate an active mConnect:

Select
Phone Calls in the left pane, and then select mConnects. -
Locate the mConnect in the Active mConnects table, and then select the mConnect name link.
The mConnect page opens.

Open the "Actions" drop-down menu:

Select Deactivate.
The mConnect campaign moves to the Inactive mConnects table with an
indicator.

If the campaign has ended, the assigned VoIP number is available for use in a new campaign.

If you are just pausing the campaign so you can fix it:

Locate the mConnect in the Inactive mConnects table, select
Menu at the end of the row, and then select Edit. -
When you are done making your changes, select Update.
