The details for a Percent Complete rule include all project milestone billing rules. For each milestone, it displays the Milestone Name, the Milestone billing Amount in the client's currency (converted using the exchange rate on the batch date), the Percent complete of the milestone (taken from the Milestone Edit page) and the Amount to be recognized (percentage of the amount defined). If the system calculated percentage complete is greater than 100%, it is rounded down to 100%.
If the option Can override percent complete is checked at the rule level, an Edit icon is available in the beginning of the row. Clicking this icon opens the Edit Percent Complete screen from which you can override the Percentage Complete.
When changing the Percent Complete field, the Amount to recognize value is recalculated and updated in the details section when the change is saved. An update of the batch updates the percentage complete from the milestone edit page even if the value is overridden at the accrual level.
