November
Enhanced taxonomy
We released an enhanced taxonomy structure that identifies more insights from your feedback; the enhancement expands the way words are categorized and connected to other key words. As always, your customer success manager will be your contact point when it comes to updating your taxonomy—we'll roll out the new taxonomy structure during your standard bi-annual taxonomy review, so there's no need for any further action from you.
Discover usability improvements
We made some improvements to Discover which will make it more usable. Now:
-
Whenever you expand a chart to see associated sample comments, they'll render faster.
-
After you select a score on the Overview Dashboard, you'll see the most relevant talking points up front. On the Alert Notes Dashboard, the talking points will focus on points which generated alerts.
-
Data you see in the Business Impact Grid will be ordered by Date Descending by default instead of Score Descending, so you'll always see your most recent and relevant insights first.
-
We removed the Last updated category from your login records as it wasn't reflecting changes to user profiles very well; instead, we added the User created date category (this is the figure used for the No Login List).
-
We added the column Last solicitation date to the undelivered list so you know exactly when the last touchpoint was attempted.
July
Simplified search bar
We combined the standard and advanced search bars within User Management for a more intuitive search feature. The new combined search bar can pull results without an exact search term match (which the old advanced search bar couldn't do).
Bug fixes
We fixed a small bug which only showed admins in search results if you selected the Only Show Admin Users checkbox.
April
Added security for user accounts
When an administrator changes a user's email address or password, the user will now receive an automatic email notification. This ensures that users are aware of changes to their account in case of any malicious attempts to access it.
We also retired the feature which allows administrators to update users' username, password, or email address from the Fast Feedback dashboard. Instead, administrators can manage these details from user management; this leaves less room for unauthorized access to user accounts.

November
Improved process for re-enabling disabled user accounts
We improved the way disabled user accounts are handled in Fast Feedback. Before, disabled users were asked to reach out to their account administrator; this led to an inconsistent user experience, with Rant & Rave support often re-enabling accounts. Now the account administrator automatically receives an email asking them to re-enable the account, putting control back into the administrator's hands and getting accounts re-enabled faster.
If you're an account administrator:Check out this 30 second clip to learn how to re-enable user accounts.
If you're a user and your account is disabled: Sit back, your administrator will be automatically notified!
