Adding or Deleting Outlook Local Profile Options
You can add or remove the following options from an Outlook local profile.
Billing
You can add billing options to a local profile in Outlook by using the AccuRoute Send Form.
To add billing options to a local profile in Outlook

Open the AccuRoute Send Form and click Profile on the Message or Options tab. The Profile tab appears and becomes active.

Under Billing Options, enter a PBX access code in the Add new access code text box or a billing code in the Add new billing code text box and click Add item to list. Access codes must match those that are defined in dialing rules in the Telco connector. Billing codes can be any text, and does not need to match information in the AccuRoute system.

If you want the form to always default to using a billing code or an access code every time you open the form to create a fax:

Select Always use PBX dial access code or Always use billing code.

Select a code in the appropriate text box, Access codes defined or Billing codes defined, to make it the default selection when you create a new fax.

Continue making changes to the profile, or click Save Profile.

Close the AccuRoute Send Form without saving the message.
Cover pages
You can add cover pages to a local profile in Outlook by using the AccuRoute Send Form.
To add cover pages to a local profile in Outlook

Open the AccuRoute Send Form and click Profile on the Message or Options tab. The Profile tab appears and becomes active.

Under Cover Page Options, enter the name of a cover page template in the Add new template text box and click Add item to list.
If the template's file extension is .omtpl, omit the file extension when typing the file name, but if it is .htm, .html, or .rtf, include the file extension. The template names you add must represent files that reside in the templates directory on the AccuRoute Server system.

If you want the form to always default to including a cover page every time a user opens the form to create a fax:

Select Always use cover page.

Select a cover page template in the Templates defined text box to make it the default selection when you create a new fax.

Continue making changes to the profile, or click Save Profile.

Close the AccuRoute Send Form without saving the message.
Delivery
You can add delivery options to a local profile in Outlook by using the AccuRoute Send Form.
To add delivery options to a local profile in Outlook

Open the AccuRoute Send Form and click Profile on the Message or Options tab. The Profile tab appears and becomes active.

Under Default Delivery Options, select the options you want to select by default when you create new faxes with the AccuRoute Send Form:

Default to hold for preview before sending - Select to have the AccuRoute Send Form default to previewing all faxes.

Default to require management approval - Select to have the AccuRoute Send Form default to requiring management approval on all sent faxes.

Default to deliver only to secure fax destinations - Select to have the AccuRoute Send Form default to sending all faxes with secure delivery.

Default delivery priority - Select the priority you want assigned to all faxes by default. You can select High, Normal, or Low.

Continue making changes to the profile, or click Save Profile.

Close the AccuRoute Send Form without saving the message.
Notifications
You can add a notification option to a local profile in Outlook by using the AccuRoute Send Form.
To add a notification option to a local profile in Outlook

Open the AccuRoute Send Form and click Profile on the Message or Options tab. The Profile tab appears and becomes active.

Under Default Notification Options, choose the default type of notification you want to receive:

Success or failure - Select this option if you want the AccuRoute Send Form to always request notification for successful or failed messages.

Failure only - Select this option if you want the AccuRoute Send Form to default to always requesting notification for failed messages only.

In the URL for delivery status text box, enter the address for your company's AccuRoute delivery status web site and click Test this URL to verify that the form can connect to the specified address. The URL has the following format: http://web server name/omtool.

Continue making changes to the profile, or click Save Profile.

Close the AccuRoute Send Form without saving the message.
Deleting Outlook Local Profile Options
You can delete options from a local profile in Outlook by using the AccuRoute Send Form.
To delete options from a local profile in Outlook

Open the AccuRoute Send Form and click Profile on the Message or Options tab. The Profile tab appears and becomes active.
Note: If you created multiple local profiles and have stored them in a separate folder in Outlook, make sure that the profile message from which you want to remove an option is located in the Fax Profile folder before opening the AccuRoute Send Form.

Select an option in the Cover pages defined, Access codes defined, or Billing codes defined list on the Profiles tab.

Click Delete.

To remove a default setting, clear the check box beside that option.

Click Save Profile to save your changes.

Close the AccuRoute Send Form without saving the message.
