Storing Outlook Local Profiles
Each time you save changes to a local profile using the Profile tab on the AccuRoute Send Form, the options set on the Profile tab are saved to the Fax Profile folder in Outlook, overwriting the previously saved options. For this reason, when you create local profiles it is important to move each profile to a different folder after creating it. If you don't store a profile away from the Fax Profile folder after creating the profile, it will be overwritten when you create a new local profile.
You can store local profiles by moving the message item created in the Fax Profile folder to a new folder in Outlook. The next time you create a local profile, a new message item is created in the Fax Profile folder with the options from the new profile.
A benefit of storing local profiles is that you have a record of the profile options that were distributed to each user or group of users. This way you won’t have to re-create the profile if users accidentally change or delete them from their systems.
