Personal distributions can be shared with others by using the Publish as public option. Other users will be able to subscribe to your personal distributions after the distribution has been made public .
To create a Shared Distribution for subscription by other users

Open

Complete the procedure for Creating a Personal distribution, but do not save or title the distribution yet (the last two steps in that procedure).

Click Options on the toolbar. The Options dialog box appears.

On the Distribution tab, select Publish as public.

Click OK.

Click Save on the toolbar to save your distribution.

Type a name for the distribution in the Title box so you can reuse or change it later. Use a suitable name to help you remember the contacts and formats of the distribution. This distribution name will appear as a Public distribution available for subscription and on the MFP device display panel.

Click OK.
