Program Template Application History
The Template Application History page allows administrators to see which Programs their Program Templates have been applied to through either Program creation or Program Template Configuration.
Administrators can used this page to find out how often certain Program Templates are used in Eclipse PPM.
Example: Lorna created a Program Template named "Template for Bridge Restoration Programs" because of the large number of bridge restorations undertaken by her organization. She does her best to inform managers that they should use this Program Template if they ever need to create this type of Program. She also instructs them to apply this Program Template configuration to their existing bridge restoration Programs.
Using this page, she can routinely check to see how often her template is being used. If it not being used as much as she would like, she will know that she needs to increase her communication efforts towards managers.
Tip: Template Application History is also available for Project Templates.
