My Settings
All users have My Settings, located under Settings on the Navigation menu, which gives you access to your contact lists, profile information, and inbound and outbound fax settings.
The following options are available under in the My Settings section of the Settings Navigation menu:
Contact Lists
Contact lists allow users to send static or dynamics faxes to lists of contacts, rather than having to send single transactions to individual contacts one by one. Using contact lists, it is possible to send faxes to up to 20,000 contacts in a single transaction. See Contact lists for more information.
App Passwords
App passwords are API-only passwords that allow developers to access the application. See App passwords for more information.
Profile
On your user profile, you can view the services assigned to you and the fax number associated with your user if you have a receive faxes service. You can also update your name, email address used for communications, and time zone. These are user details and are separate from account level details. See Profile for more information.
Inbound Settings
In Inbound Settings, you can configure notifications for received faxes and enable and configure auto sharing and auto forwarding if you have the appropriate permissions. See Inbound settings for more information.
Outbound Settings
In Outbound Settings, you can add allowed senders, configure notifications for outgoing faxes, and define default page settings, default dialing rules, and feedback settings for your outgoing faxes. See Outbound settings for more information.
