View State Options in the System Tables

This article explains how to access and review the list of state options configured in the system tables. These predefined values help standardize data entry across various modules of the application.

  1. From the Icon Bar click Setup .
  2. From the Navigation Menu click Organization.
  3. From the menu click System.
  4. From the Organization System page, click the System Tables link.
  5. On the System Tables list, click State.
  6. Select the country from the Country list. View the available States/Provinces.
