Configuring Timesheet Templates (Legacy Timesheet)
A PSA Timesheet Template serves as a set of pre-defined properties that defines default settings, assignments, views, options, rules and reminders to accommodate specific time entry requirements.
Templates allow you to manage different settings for different types of users. You might want to allow only a certain set of users to enter time against projects. In this case, you could create a timesheet template with project options enabled, and assign it to that set of users.
Caution: The articles outlined here pertain to the legacy Timesheet. For information on the New My Timesheet refer to Configuring Timesheet Templates - New My Timesheet.
